No linux version - no purchase !
Seriously? People base the quality of the game on whether or not it's been ported to Linux, Android, microwaves, whatever? HAVE YOU PLAYED THE GAME, and do you therefore have an opinion about THE GAME! If so, review it. If not, STFU. I haven't played it, but I don't like that my decision on whether or not to buy it is being swayed by cretins who haven't played it either. GOG: Do something about this. Idiots who haven't played games are costing you sales.

Waste of Time
This game was an ambitious attempt at . . . something, but in the end the rigor to match the ambition was absent, and I felt like my time had been wasted when I finished this game. I went out of my way to find as many voxophones as I could, unlock every locked door/item, etc., but all the cool ideas didn't ultimately tie together to form something coherent and compelling. The gameplay, as is frequently acknowledged, is mediocre. I was expecting more from the story. Being vague to avoid spoilery, in the end I was left wondering "yeah, ok, but why is it particularly plausible that doing that in particular at that juncture with those instances of those relevant factors resolve all possible versions of the problem?" That is not a very clear critique, but to explain my dissatisfaction would require spoiling basically everything interesting about the plot of this game.

Feels like Serious Sam
Bioshock 1 is such a great game. 2 was ok. Inifnite? I felt like I was playing a Serious Sam gamethe whol time. The movement speed is cranked way up to the point I wasn't even paying attention to the world. You zip around, dispatching enemies with extreme ease. Handcannon and the levitate skill lol, there is no challenge. The story meant nothing to me as I just didn't care about these characters. The 'infinite' ending is neat but this is by far the weakest Bioshock game. I only played it because it was on my list of missed gamesto check off, it diefintely could have stayed on that list.
