Beyond Good & Evil™

This game is fantastic, the story is great, the caracters are interesting and the surroundings beautiful.

In my childhood i played this game and I was so amused, One of the best stories i have ever played in a game. The graphic is ok, but at the time of the release it was great.

I admit I haven't played the computer version of this game but I bought the original and I loved it so much I bought the HD re-release on Xbox. The world is bright and feels expansive without being so large it takes an half an hour to get from one point to another. The story is excellent and the combat is easy to comprehend. I honestly can't compliment this game enough, if you haven't played it yet you should give it a shot, and if you have, then you know how good it is.

This is one of those games that I have played probably a dozen times and would play it again right now. It is so enjoyable. Sure there's a lot of sneaking parts in the game but it fits this game style so well. The world is crafted wonderfully with a full set of creatures and races to populate the worlds. It continuously pushes you forward in the game but leaves you time to explore if you want and I've never really caught myself thinking, "ugh more of this?" There is always a new game mechanic to keep things interesting at the right time. I don't know why this game didn't do that well, but take the critics word for it on this one, it is an amazing game.

This is my favorite game of all time. Let me tell you what is so special about it. First of all, this game is art. It has this great music from french composer Christoph Héral that complements this fantastical and wonderful world of Beyond Good and Evil. I also loved the characters which you really learn to like over the course of this game; they are thoroughly written and designed. And then there is this story of an aggressor that keeps to diminish the population. Are the "alphas" really protecting us? Where do they come from? You do not answer that by brutally murdering every bad looking face. You act smarter than that. You document the truth with your camera and defend yourself from the evil with your staff weapon if necessary. You have to solve many puzzles and sneak around in most cases. You even have two crazy vehicles during the game... but I dont want to spoil the game. The world also contains A TON of mini games. From racing to board games, to photographing animals. you see. The only downside is the lack of a sequel! This was planned as a trilogy and you really want to know more at the end. *sadface* :(
