Mercenaries for days.
Superficially simple, this turns out to be a game with surprising depth. Besides the challenges of managing a (very) motley assortment of mercenaries, the machinations of your various employers and the dynamic background world there is plenty for the player to do just staying alive.

Totally worth the time and cash !
This game is totally luxurious... even tho you will have to rebuild your company quite often and meeting end where mby only 1 person will survive... you gotta go further... all those twists are great ! Enjoy the game and support developers ;)

A great nuanced game
If you are interested in the diffrence betwen a falchion and mace except for damage numbers this is the game for you. A grim and gritty game managing a mercinary company. The world is filled with hard monsters and fights. You will have to do some serious choices when it comes to training and feeding your men. There is no epic tales here just anohter day trying to earn gold for the company doing bloody dirty work.

Are you brave enough to enter this world
Very unforigiving and challenging mercenary company simulator with touch of fantasy aspects. Bunch of possibilites of company backgrounds to choose from at start of each game, changing a bit or a lot your playthrough. You can choose perks for your bros which influences their role in your roster. Battles are on hexagon fields, its like a chess with more depth. Highgrounds included. You must choose wisely postioning of your bros, which weapons to give them to let them shine properly, considering their stats, fatigue and so much more. Game for true gigachads who like to face a challenge to feel true success by overcoming your enemy. Or miserably fail just to know and become better next time.

Great tactical game
I enjoy the ability to roam around picking fights, and the flexibility to change out weapon loadouts for my bros. Perk system let's you specialize in a given direction, whether it be melee, ranged, defense, or utility. Starting from little to nothing to fully kitted out warriors is a great feeling, but you're never invincible, so you must always stay on your toes. Lots of unique character encounters and interactions and special location battles. And there are books based on this setting! Check out The Witch Hunter and The Captain by Casey Hollingshead, who wrote a lot of the dialogue in Battle Brothers. Can't wait for the developer's next game, Menace, although I was hoping for a Battle Brothers 2. If you enjoyed Mount & Blade and like tactical turn-based games as well, I think you'll really enjoy this game.
