I have now tried purchasing the game, refunding it and purchasing it again with wallet funds instead of my Credit Card. Followed all of GoGs limited instructions to try and fix it to no success. All this over the course of about 24 hours. it shows it purchased on the browser and i have an order reciept but no ability to download the game and i dont want to go through the 60 something offline installers. really frustrating, otherwise i know its an incredible game. hopefully can get this fixed and enjoy it.
Great graphics, engaging gameplay, so many options to choose from and paths to follow, great replayability and compelling storytelling. Would recommend it to anyone.
I stumbled across the original Baldur's Gate in 1999 by mere chance, on a PC GAMES companion CD of game demos. I saw that it was about Dungeons and Dragons, and as I'd been playing D&D since the '80s, I was intrigued. I had no idea when I loaded that simple demo onto my home computer that I'd be embarking on a journey that would last me nearly thirty years.
Baldur's Gate 3 isn't only an awesome game, it's a worthy installment in one of the greatest video game IPs of all time.
