Baldur’s Gate 3 is something special, though. Its complexity is intimidating, but sticking with it and learning has such a high reward threshold that it's hard to not recommend the sequel to even the most casual gamers out there. It has heart, it has style, and it has the multi-year effort of a studio that obviously loves its source material. The mind-blowing size of the game itself and everything contained within is a testament to Larian Studios' dedication to its craft and commitment to bringing something incredible to the gaming public. The blend of the various Dungeon & Dragons systems into the game is almost flawless in its execution, and the math and storytelling combo does a one-two punch on almost every other RPG game out there. High quality and astoundingly fun, Baldur’s Gate 3 may just become the kind of game that old and new fans can agree is something extraordinary.

Masterpiece of a game
If you don't know if this game is for you - it is. Trust me and but it, there is no chance you will regret it. Every aspect is so amazingly done that im at loss of words.

If a Reese Cup was a game. There's no wrong way to play this. Even playing it the wrong way is fun.

Excellent game to the point I actually wanted to make a review but now I'm panicing about what to write. Great that they made mods naturally avaialable.

This is no Baldurs Gate!
After reading a lot of good things about BG3, I had to try it for myself. This game could be a good game after they fix some bugs and change some weird not very usable features like dragging a portrait of a character away from the others if you want to move him/her alone. But this game doesn't feel like good old Baldurs Gate. Of course aren't new things automatically bad and obviously a lot of people like it. But how much did they like Baldurs Gate 1 and 2, if they now say everything what Larian Studios changed is better now? I liked BG1&2 for the real time system with pause function, it's atmosphere, the good handling of the UI and of course the story (which may be good in BG3). Now I have a game with exaggerated colours, cumbersome control and slow turn based battles. When I played BG1&2 I loved it. Playing BG3 is annoying. There are people out there who like that game. But please, why did you not just made your own brand?
