Fascinating story with a very unique and intriguing interpretation of the legend of Atlantis
Great puzzle design with well adjusted level of difficulty provide an enjoyable and rewarding challenge
Top-notch voice acting and excellent soundtrack further enhance the feeling of immersion
Was very confusing to play. I remember this game from my childhood, and the gameplay really is badly designed. Combine that with the fact it came on six or eight disks... Maybe it's better as a single digital game, but all I remember is confusion, frustration, and boredom with some pretty visuals.
Not Gameplay. Have the entire Atantis series. Hope to see more.
Would love to see Lighthouse, it's a Sierra game. And pretty much was my favourite adventure game. But Atlantis is beautiful.
this game is NOT a point and click adventure. This one is keyboard driven, and nothing turns me off quicker than keyboard controls. Myst is older than this one, and it was point and click.
The graphics are good, and it has an interesting story, but unless you are incredibly coordinated, you will probably not make it - even if you have a walkthrough.
I got stuck early on, in a puzzle where you had to sneak by a guard and up some stairs. You had to listen and judge when the guards footsteps were furthest away and zip around the corner and up the stairs. Well, I never could do it. After dying for the umpteenth time, I just put it away.
I really enjoyed Atlantis 2, which was mouse driven and quite long with diabolical puzzles. But this one is not my style at all. Good on ya if you can play this type of game, but I can't.
