MarshmallowFluff Between the dog-whistling of "Did you just assume their gender?" from the Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account and its following non-apology, and now the co-opting of #WontBeErased for the purpose of advertising when trans people are legitimately concerned about their livelihood and the following non-apology there, I would like to request that GOG and CDProjekt stop being transphobic in their social media. Some examples would be intentionally NOT posting inflammatory tweets when a minority is worried for their rights as a group, and not posting "jokes" that are well-established to be mocking a marginalized group.

When I hand someone money, their response shouldn't be to make light of the abuse I've endured from bigots, or say that the morality of people wanting to hurt me over something that harms absolutely nobody is 'debatable'. Do you even have any idea what active transphobia is capable of on social media? I wouldn’t say that GOG/CDProjekt is safe, but by comparison to others and AFAIK, they do a quite good job at it.
Honestly this is just right in the meme of “being offended by anything” and escalating small mistakes and I’d rather not see this kind of thing being pushed everywhere.
