The first thing I propose is to make a program that allows you to use all the popular game controllers. Emulate XInput for newer games (by inject as Steam or other projects do) and emulate a mouse and keyboard for older games (where gamepads are not supported). It would also be great to have a combined input - emulating an XInput controller and using the controller’s gyroscope for the mouse, this is needed for motion aiming, this allows accurate and easy aiming in FPS. Some games for Nintendo Switch use motion aiming and the players are delighted. It would also be great to make various settings, change the sensitivity, or for example, so that we can configure the emulation of the left stick of the XInput to a gyroscope in order to control the races like a steering wheel. We also need something like profiles for problematic games and the ability to share them somewhere and it is advisable to vote. The most popular ones could automatically load when the game starts (for those games where there is no XInput input or where we can add a mouse for more convenient aiming and so on). The second thing I propose is to make an open source standard for new games, which would allow developers of new games to use all modern gamepads, as well as their features. The most popular feature today is a gyroscope, which XInput still does not have and most likely will not. The gyroscope allows you to use motion aiming, steer a car and much more. For example, on the Nintendo Switch, it is actively used in games and this is an amazing experience. Other features of the standard could be support for RGB LEDs and a touch panel, which can also be used in games to expand the gaming experience. For example, a touch panel can use for opening locks, turning over notes in a game and so on, and an RGB LED can give more atmosphere and can be used as ambilight on some scenes. It would be great if the standard was open, so that we could optimize it, improve it and add support for new gamepads. It would also be great to write a guide for developers on how to implement a gyroscope and other features, as well as which game mechanics can use this features. Thanks.

TL;DR: Something like SteamInput, but open for all games, not just from Steam, would be great.
