I would like to suggest the implementation of an additional function that allows customers to apply discount codes to eligible games during checkout. This enhancement aims to improve the shopping experience by consolidating the processing of orders and facilitating a single payment transaction. Furthermore, this feature could provide the possibility to input multiple discount codes and add wallet funds to further reduce the purchase cost.

If this proves to be too complex, an alternative approach would involve checking the contents of the basket. If the basket is not empty and a code is redeemed, the additional item could be seamlessly included, resulting in only one order needing processing.

This implementation would not only enhance the shopping experience, streamlining the checkout process and allowing continuous shopping without interruptions, but also result in potential cost savings. Specifically, it could minimize taxes and processing fees imposed by our banking provider or credit card company for each individual order.

Additionally, this improvement should also speed up GOG's processing of refund requests, as there would be only one order, and potentially only one original payment method associated with it.

To clarify, the proposed changes should enhance the current Discount Code Redeeming process not replacing the existing one.
