Price localization for Ukraine and simmilair countries

Steam has a feature, where price is based on a region, client is connecting from. Let's take Terraria in Steam and compare prices US: 9.99$, EU: ~10.5$ RU: 4.15$
Why that is happening? Basically, economy in Ukraine is pretty much terrible and, when buying a game in US doesn't really leave a lot of impact on your financial welfare, in Ukraine equivalent price is just ludicrous.
Having such policy won't only attract customers from such countries, it'll give some people a chance to stop pirating games (which is the only viable option for ukrainian gamers for now).

Я помилився, ігри будуть коштувати так само як і є, просто будуть показуватись в гривні. Тут уже стоїть регіональні ціни, просто по якійсь причині вони не відображаються в грн а відображаються в рублях

Так, було б не погано мати локалізовану цінову політику, але ми всі маємо розуміти, що якщо в магазині появиться гривня, то ціни на деякі ігри зростуть
