Not "mature" because porn is by nature immature, porn.

Not actual games with incidental porn masquerading as "love scenes".... porn.

If the whole point of the game is to provide fluff in between sex scenes.... please give a way of never seeing it.

Please answer the following question: What exactly IS "adult only", or "NSFW"? The answer depends on your culture, so implementing such a "no-brainer" involves constant discussions about what belongs into this category and what does not.
Example: in the USA, violence is generally OK, while nudity is a no-go; the opposite is true for most of the EU.

This is a good idea, and seems like a fairly easy check mark option to implement into the store.
