Steam has trading cards? Well GoG will have nude trading cards! Collect them all! Buy a discounted game? You get their naked glory!

From Commander Video to Geralt, they will all let it hang out!

(Note: Darvond has no idea how the steam trading cards work.)

Now I get that some games don't really feature "people" as a main character, such as Railroad Tycoon II. In such case the nudity would be replaced by something of equal value, such as an exploded view of the inside of the Stephenson Rocket.
