mqstout Someone who buys the game should get the ENTIRE game, never minding WHEN they purchased it. Make sure that all pre-order bonuses are of some sort that is NOT a game play element.

I advocate for TIMED PRE-ORDER EXCLUSIVE DLC ONLY.
Pre-order exclusives content is often too awesome to just disappear into the nether.
I do understand to wanna make an incentive for people to buy games new instead of waiting, but some people might just not have the money to do so within the release time, might not hear of a game until release or suffer from mental conditions such as extreme cases of perfectionism or OCD which prevent them from enjoying a game without having all the content possible.
a possible compromise could be, that the pre-order DLC is priced such, that it always results in the same price with the main game that the main game had at release.
for example: 2022, Shadow Warrior 2 is 15$, now it's 50$, so the Chainsaw Katana Pre-oder dlc would cost 35$
MrFancyPantsu Never bought any game that did this and never will, no matter if i want it.
Phlegm This is something I really think GOG should strive for.
