The actual support ticket system is unusuable whenever you create multiple tickets. After creating a ticket you will get an automatic reply e-mail with your ticket number but without the issue of the ticket mentioned anywhere. There's no link to your request and only when or better if you get the first actual reply from support the issue will be mentioned in the subject line of the e-mail. So when creating multiple tickets without getting the first actual reply you might end up with multiple automatic replies that only contain ticket numbers and you won't be able to see what ticket was about what issue. This means you won't be able to do follow ups or add additional information which is bad for the customer and GOG support as well. I am asking GOG to either bring back the activity function or at the very least include the topic of the ticket in their auto replies.
