MarkoH01 I have written a lengthy post adressed to GOG in the forums to give me and the rest of the GOG community the possibility to show them our support for our community manager Linko90. I have been told that there might be people who'd like to show their support anonymously so I also created this wishlist entry to give those the opportunity to participate as well. Of course those who already posted in the thread are welcome to vote here as well. We need every voice to be heard.

Awesomov I don't personally have a dog in this fight, but I feel the need to clarify that what user TrueWOPR said below is maybe half true at best and is nonetheless leaving out important information on the matter. The most important thing is that "sex", as opposed to "gender", is already considered biological (gender generally refers to identity). What's really going on is the attempt to change the law is making the legal definition more strict, so that, essentially, gender and sex are the same thing regardless of steps taken to change that biologically. This is because what's being proposed, in particular, is not just, "making sex biological," rather it's making sex either male or female, and making that unchangeable and based only on your birth sex and thus not considering any change afterward. That actually CAN make healthcare more complicated since trans people need different care, and that's also why many trans people are saying they, "Won't be erased," because then they wouldn't be considered the gender they identify with no matter how far they transfer. I am aware this has little to do with this particular issue, but it's deliberately hateful, oppressive, and potentially harmful law being proposed, so I hate to see it being dressed as nothing to worry about or a "good" thing.
Angm4r GOG/CD you should care about your community and how they feel and not cater to people that only communicate with you when they feel triggered. Bring Linko90 back
Xampp A lot of people right now seem to think our ASSUMPTION that LInko90 has been laid of is true. We don't know yet. That's why we are trying to get an official statement from GOG. Still, if it's true it's shity thing to do and while I will still buy Cyberpunk my opinion will fall a lot over this.

TrueWOPR I can't comment on his job as a mod, but I feel it's worth mentioning that this backlash came from him making a #WontBeErased joke, a hashtag that spawned from a fake news article saying that the USA was banning trans-people, when in reality it was a law to legally define "sex" (note: not gender) as biological, for the benefit of doctors and physicians. As a prosthetist with several phlebotomist and RN friends - this distinction matters, as do weight, allergies, and blood-type.
