dontpokethebear1 I probably aren't the only person who has multiple computers, and especially since many of my GOG gamesare actually "good old games" i can play them on every pc i own. This makes it difficult to start playing some single player games because I don't want to be stuck to only playing it on that pc. cloud saving is by far the most convenient thing about the steam client and it would make the GOG client actually worth using.

SerJMarty Something like "Save to GoogleDrive/iCloud/Dropbox would totaly satisfy me. I guess, it goes the same for most of users. Openness of you platform is great and this option allignes well with the rest of philossophy beyond your client
MCcloud88 I too see this as a very big issue, i use multiple laptops and would love to continue Fallout 1-2 everytime i switch to another one, depending on my work day ;)

hascoulijn Lost my Witcher 3 savegame before I finished it because I was not aware that GOG didn't support cloud save. I guess it's something I just take for granted these days with services like Steam, Xbox Live and PSN. So yeah, it's quite an important feature these days which should come with the services you provide.

markyjr83 Get with the program GOG. Cloud save support should have been down a long time ago already. That is one of the many reasons this company won't survive the near future. My money is going elsewhere. Best of luck to you GOG.

onetribe Just bought the Witcher 3 DLC pack sale to realize there is no Cloud Save and my 80 hour campaign where I completed almost everything before the DLC content is gone forever.
skinner-_-88 I bought Witcher 3 on GOG because of the DRM free features but i have just had to do a clean install of windows and lost everything (except the games i have on steam...) going to buy witcher on steam now and will not buy through GOG untill Cloud saving is a feature.

Golope The cloud is only other's people computer. I don't use corporatives cloud to save games, because it's not MY computer and corporatives cloud are paid with our privacy.
I don't want a GOG Galaxy cloud saver feature, if it's paid with my privacy.
I only wish cloud saving on GOG Galaxy if it allows to save at the server i want (even at Nextcloud own server,...).
InsertValue I agree this feature is crucial I almost pulled the trigger on a couple of games but when I noticed cloud save is not available I decided not to buy on GoG but Steam. Would love to support you guys but cloud save is just a must have for me.

ron4pin This option is very much needed, I had to hurry format my computer because of an unsolveable error that appeared and lost all my hours playing the witcher 3. And my saves from the witcher 2. I wish there was some way I could have recovered those save files.
Smashthstate GOG Galaxy absolutely needs this, it's just too damn convenient. I switch between many machines and I can't recall the last time I had to worry about copying my saves thanks to Steam.

I usually switch between a bunch of computers as I pass my time with those two, and having cloud save feature would be a massive addition to my experience with those games.

- Installation failed: disk access problem - all time, no matter file formating disk, just must download manually all files then install it.
- All time say buy game, expansions, dlc, even if you have it,
- Heavy weight
- Auto update ... hahahah good joke, every time install problem.. this client NEVER UPDATE GAME ! (even after fresh install windows, only GOG on PC, Direct, Audio drivers, Video drivers,)
Im sooo disapointed, of this platform and really, of fact, that I give them money for game, what cant be updated, downloaded, saved game progress, fix, etc by their clients ... WTT W3 GOG to W3 STEAM

Balema Cloud Saving is a MUST!
nGFX Well, if not cloud saving, it would be nice to be able to "export" the game saves (and import of course) from within the GOG Client. "Manage Installation" leaps to mind for that - or at least jump to the save folder.
This way we could at least use our own cloud service ...
zicoos I'd still rather buy games here than on Steam. Thanks GOG and still waiting patiently :) For now, moving saves manually (rarely) depending on whether I play on laptop or desktop.

Blaming a BETA client for not having a feature they haven't checked before using it. Actually if I use BETA software I am always expecting to lose things, else i wait to something stable. Besides that, 5 years ago or so cloud saves where also something new on steam/xbox etc.
Tough this is also one of my most wanted features, actually still buying some bigger games on steam due to this.
Cinn314 Wow I dropped in here to say I supported and would really like cloud saves but having read some of the comments on here I would be happy never to have them. GOG and its community are, in my eyes, something special. GOG do their best for us and the community is the friendliest, most helpful community you could hope for so the moaning and whining going on here is extremely unfair.
LiefLayer Ti74Raven is right... I support cloud saving... but there are people (I think only people that got here with the witcher 3) that are really upset for a minor inconvenience... if you want to use the same save you can just use a usb stick and copy the save file... if you really want to use a cloud system you can just make Symbolic Links and Dropbox (or Mega or other similar cloud services) to create your personal cloud system.
and you you lose your save file you cannot blame gog (you just need to make a backup).
Still I think gog galaxy should get this feature.

nadrian3k Witcher 3 will be the last game i buy on GOG. I have lost, because of a corruption in my system, saves that had this game 100% completed. I am sorry but this client has 90's tech behind it. No cloud saves, updates each time u click the client and so on. It's just pathetic on so many levels.
Not to mention i have to fucking EMAIL myself the saves if i want to play them on another PC....i mean..SERIOUSLY DUDE? What's next? a dile-up connection <a href="http://test?.....gtfo" class="light_un" target="_blank">test?.....gtfo</a> with your dumb client.

gummick Witcher 3 is the only game on my account and it will remain that way without cloud saves. I would of bought it on Steam if I had of realised beforehand.
