Gamer4Fire Amazon has adds a "Verified Purchase" stamp to reviews from people who bought the product from Amazon so that you know that they at least own the product they are reviewing.
GOG should add a stamp next to reviewer names that have the game they are reviewing in their GOG library so that we know it isn't just a copy-paste of a Steam review or their opinion from reading online articles.

fridgeband They already do this, it was a filtering option I think. But still it's very important to not shut down everyone who didn't buy it on gog which would be really bad because a huge amount of people wouldn't be able to post their honest reviews. Many people also buy the game and give totally biased reviews too, which is very unbalanced. closing half of something unbalances isn't going to make the other half much better.

Sammaho I don't mind those who own the stream version leaving a review. What I don't like is those who leave 5 stars and then say, "this game looks like it might be fun." I want summ honest review from those whom actually played the game.

Verified purchase doesn't mean much in the end; it doesn't tell you who actually bought the product, nor does it succeed in reducing spam posts. It just looks cool.
Konanakama I don't think it will be useful. I don't need to show receipt if I rate restaraunt. Another thing is buying, leaving review and refunding. Better to leave as it is. Look at Steam, they started to mess with reviews and made it worse and less useful.
Ganni1987 This would help filtering those who actually bought the game and actually tried and those who just want to bad mouth it.
