(1) You will get 4 extra followers ,
(2) You can marry the 3 main female characters in the story after getting their main endings ,
(3) You'll also get the legendary Sensei as a bonus ,
(4) Extra side missions to obtain the above characters as followers ,
(5) A new difficulty mode ,
(6) You get to fight an optional powerful boss if you decide to kill all the female followers in the game ,
(7) Can increase your HP above 9999 ,
(8) More weapons and skin customization along with new items ,
(9) Fighting stances and movement have been improved with motion capture ,
(10) More npcs with side missions etc have also been added in this version .
That's a lot of content and it'll be excellent to see it released here on GOG.

What's your source for this info? I looked at footage of 3 Plus and didn't notice any difference from the base game, nor did I find any posts talking about this.

D-Volt Agreed. Loved Way of the Samurai 3 on PS3 and was hoping to pick up the Plus version when it landed on GOG. Hopefully it'll be added at a later date!
