I am eager on getting my hands on this game again. There were many games at that time, like StarCraft and Command & Conquer, but none of those strategy games could beat the 3D terrain mesh that this one had, the accurate coordinate 2D map screen and the possibility of the map free viewing, which made the top strategic advantage. You had to be really accurate on starting an attack, because even the terrain and objects positioning could make a surprise attack unsuccessful. You even had to struggle with the resources system, which was just money. But money was a matter of patience, strategy, a bit of luck and investing on hackers. This one was for real a strategic game, you were always in total disadvantage and only a good strategy and the intel of your allies could take you to success.

It was so realistic that even the actual size of units was important. For example, if the enemy had a 5 militia formation, and you just had a tank, it would be rather hard to beat every man before your tank gets destroyed, but instead you could just simply ram your tank over and squash them like squishy pumpkins. And not to say the possibility to feel a realistic Air-Sea-Land strategic combat, and the pressure of the enemy over you with the DEFCON state system, with all its pros and cons possible.

I have looked over the other console and PC versions, but they were no match for the PC version. It even had LAN and online gameplay capability. The problem was that there were no gaming communities at that time.

Please support on this one. It has been the best strategy game, for me since I fell in love with videogames.

Loved the Playstation version, but was unaware of the PC version for years, and when I finally bought it was disappointed to see it not run on my computer, would love to see it here!

I still have it's physical copy in my hands still brand new but no plastic. Sucks it can't be played on any modern OS. :(

I had the demo for this years ago, it was the first RTS i ever played. years later i never tracked down a disc for it but desperately want to play it. I have often thought about this title that was lost in the flood of RTS games at the time and would love to see it come to GOG!

I too would love to see this game working for Windows 7. This game along with Total Annihilation were 2 of my first ever PC games and what got me into PC gaming.

Cant believe theres any comment about this game...we really need a Windows 7 / 8.1 compatible GOG version for this game, as it cant work by default in this systems...and CMOM this game is great!!
