Vanilla v1.2 build of VTM: Bloodlines

GOG's version of Bloodlines comes prepatched with Wesp5's Unofficial Patch basic option. This causes confusion, uncertainty, and extra work for players who want to use certain mods or Tessera's True Patch Gold. Offering an actual vanilla build (not just UP's "legacy" option) as an unsupported extra would be a simple solution requiring little effort on GOG's part.

I would like to see all builds: 1.0,1.1,1.2 for optional download options. True Patch supports v.1.1 f.e.

That is a "vanilla experience" - Bloodlines with UP 9.5 engine changes but without bugfixes or content changes. Not the same thing as a vanilla installation. That distinction [url:[url=https://www.gog.com/forum/vampire_the_masquerade_series/getting_compmod_to_work_with_gog_vtmb]seems] to be causing some problems/extra work for some mods[/url] (and for those who'd rather use TPG).

Redundant wishlist item, the game as sold is already a pure version 1.2. It is not "prepatched" or modified/overwritten by the Unofficial Patch mod. The Unofficial Patch is only set up for convenience similar to how GOG includes already set up DosBOX emulators for other games. You can ignore it or even delete it without breaking the actual game. The mod is entirely contained within the folder called "Unofficial_Patch" and only loads if you launch "vampire.exe" with the additional parameter "-game Unofficial_Patch". Just like any other external mod.
