Japanese post-apocalyptic CRPG released in 1985 by Sogen for the NEC PC-88. Predating Wasteland with a Mad Max-influenced setting of its own, the game combines Wizardry-like dungeon crawling with a real-time combat system controlling more like a 2D fighter. Here's a game combining arcade-style dexterity with stat management and ruthless exploration; I'm not kidding when I say that even the medics are out to get you for the meager money you've accrued!

Emulators like Neko Project and anex86 exist for running PC-88 games, so either of those two or other options should suffice for emulation standalones. Who knows where the rights have gone, though; D4 Enterprises has put the game up on Project EGG, so they would know more than anyone else on the matter.
