Game was barely playable after releaase. But in latest released version it's rock solid - and most important - really fun game in post apo setting.
The only issue is - Reloaded version was not released beyond Germany...

Baldur333 Yeah I vividly remember that game ! It was a nice game, not fantastic like the Fallout Series (Fallout 1+2) but ok.
It was also complete rubbish to wait on the loading screen to continue... it took 30 to 45 minutes to load.
Perhaps - only perhaps - on a modern PC it will play smoothly ?? Be warned. Even after its 10th or 11th patch it was horribly long to load between two maps.
At the time the game came out it was arounnd 1.3 GB, and the final patch was 2.6 GB. If you compare with any actual game.. the download of the patch was a pain... ful experience. Like today to load 60 GB for an PS4 game. And then a Patch with 120 GB..
Recommendation: do not touch !

Iljalein I already have the German Version, but it won't start on win10. I am also not able to patch it to the latest version. Is there a forum or something for this forgotten gem?

swires86 Just googled the name and this came up as first result... Game is pretty good/unique, however it's indeed primarily a German release and for English speakers (or some other languages) there might be community patches available.
ChaosBelial I like post apocalyptic games, book etc. It would be great if THE FALL is going to be released on gog.
