I asked one of the lovely people from support: They had to remove Superfrog from the GOG catalog but unfortunately were unable to disclose any details. Apparently there 'was' a post from one of GOG's staff members, but it's basically just a "Sorry guys!"*. Looks like 'Ocean Software' and/or 'Team17' are to blame. Pity!

So! According to Wikipedia, Good Old Games is already offering Superfrog. However... According to gog.com, Good Old Games is 'not'... Yet again: According to this wishlist entry, Good Old Games 'is' offering the game.
