Itlitamis That's odd when you do a search through the app in your library it shows up but in the store there are no games found. Perhaps it's a game that GOG is thinking about having?
evmiller I was surprised that Steam and not Gog was first to offer NSFW games on their platform. CDPR was one of the first to offer a mainstream game with sex and nudity, including collectable nudie cards for banging chicks in Witcher 1. I'd think they'd have at least some of the fun ones House Party. Subverse actually has decent gameplay.

@sarythian There's a slight mistake in your assumption. German government doesn't barr adults from buying adult games, they only require strong age verfication, which Steam/Valve can't be arsed to implement. They'd rather block our whole region than spend a little bit of effort implementing a law abiding age verification method. There are other online stores (like spielegrotte) which do verify your account and then sell uncut games to you. Just not Valve, because fuck the customers.

as our german goverment is barring ADULTS from buying this game on steam due to "youth protection" I seriously put my hopes on GOG. Have just recently found out about this game, so I was too late for the backing.

Still no game. Still no planned date. Adding MtX and backer rewards exist. But ya know. They aren't the bad guys like AAA publishers. Pre-order culture + MtX not considered I guess?
Better games of this type already exist, without the Atari space combat gameplay grind thankfully.

As of May 7th, GOG has come back to me with a statement in response to DC's comment in the below article that the retailer "wouldn't even return our emails". I've edited the article below to contain the statement, but for ease of reading, I'll put it here too. "Unfortunately, we haven’t found a single email coming from FOW Interactive, be it on our publicly shared inboxes or Bizdev people personal ones. We’re going to check with whom the devs were trying to contact, to understand what happened."

VariusMayhem It made 1.6 million british pounds on Kickstarter, people WANT this. They are willing to pay good coin for this. One would be a fool not to jump onto this bandwagon. Steam will sell it and I will buy it. But... I would rather buy it HERE, DRM free.
