Further you can get the free version here: www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=1713246, you might have to register on the site. The free version lacks the extended campaigns, that Generals has.

Got this for free some time ago. Although there is a version you can buy. Fantastic game. One of my all time faves.

I don't think that GOG can get it. an actual and updated Windows Version you can get here:www.shrapnelgames.com/ I think they will have some distribution rights on the game...
