duk3nuk3m I've found it nearly impossible to get physical copies of this game, and don't want to buy it on Steam for DRM and other reasons. So a trilogy on GOG would be awesome. As has already been stated, there are already GSC games on GOG, and GSC probably could stand to use the money from extra sales these days.

dizzy_plays One of my favorite game series of all time (I play one of the games, usually with a different mod, every few months) and available DRM free when applying the last released official patch. As the developers have closed doors this should be available everywhere...
anton.kolesnyk I'd love if GoG version of the game would have Russian as a game language to select. I.e. not for only background talks, but for all the conversations - audio, subtitles, transcripts, UI, item names, and so on.
I do understand Russian, and I'd like to play this game in the original language to fully get the atmosphere, and to practice my Russian.
The problem is, unlike all other STALKER games, SoC has in 2 versions: World-wide, and Russian. In the world-wide version, you can choose any language besides Russian. The Russian one comes in 1 language, and you can't buy it anywhere besides Russia and Ukraine. I was unable to buy CD that ships to the US, and Steam - guess what? - does sell the Russian version, but again, only in Russia/Ukraine.
So I got to a situation when I am a minority and I do suffer from DRM/Regional lock and can't do anything about it. The version that has all the languages would definitely feel right, would have the true 'non-DRM' spirit.
Mario. Definitely one of the best first-person simulators out there. If you have a good and fast vision, you will enjoy effects simulated in no other game on the planet. For example, if you shoot with a sniper rifle, your central vision will distort for a moment, just like in real life.
Being blinded, deafened and suffering from double vision, vertigo, etc. when being hurt by the shockwave from your own (misplaced) grenade makes this game a true gem.
Next, the locations are real, and when you see photos from Pripyat, you will be shocked to realize that you walked this way or that way.
If you want to know what you see when you are exposed to strong ionising radiation, you can try it in S.T.A.L.K.E.R., just walk off the sidewalk into the hill... whn you see the flickers, you quickly realize you should not be where you are standing.

jammonstrald Definitely a personal favorite of mine. Probably the most interesting setting for any game, and truly atmospheric/tense gameplay. The original game had bugs galore, and always seemed to be in a state of constant repair. But in spite of that, it still captures a rare sensation total wonder. It would be a credit to the gog catalogue.

RPGler I totally agree. Stalker looks amazing, fresh and interesting. But any boundation on Steam is unoptional. Please gog, release the game, when possible and the other parts of the series.

pbaggers The American retail version (which I still see copies of at various Best Buys) was DRM-free. I'm not sure if S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2's cancellation and THQ's rumored incoming bankruptcy might complicate getting this on the site.

Vosla I have all three retail installments of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and I am fed up with the damn DRMs and having to place the original CD in the drive. STEAM is no option, so please make the trilogy happen on GOG.
