So what exactly a GOG user should do to obtain Softporn Adventure? Yes, it was part of Leisure Suit Larry: Greatest Hits & Misses bundle, not anymore. Original game belongs to Activision (Sierra) while Leisure Suit Larry IP rights currently at Codemasters.
