I asked KONAMI to release Silent Hill 2 Remake here on GOG, because all games from Bloober Team are available on GOG and they answered me, that I should ask GOG. So for them it's okay. Everything depends on GOG. Silent Hill 2 Remake would be a best-seller so why GOG is passive here?
