I've recently gotten into this series through the 3rd and 4th entries and I have to say they're very well made Metroidvania titles (granted 4 was more like Mega Man X in some respects and a tad bit repetitive in some places). I'd like to go back and play the first entry but getting a physical copy nowadays is almost twice as expensive as Earthbound and the only console Wayforward made a digital copy for was the 3DS. It'd be great if the title that started it all was finally brought to the PC so it’s more accessible to anyone that’s interested. In regards to your comment cstuckma, I think it would be for the best if this was kept as its own wishlist as Half-Genie Hero was more of a soft reboot rather than the original title.
