It's coming to PC in top-down 3D format.
It's been advertised on Steam, yet I've seen no mention of GOG.

However, a giant and unnecessary let down for me is the voice-acting.
It's like that of a grating American sitcom, with the main character sounding like a dumb "dude" teen and everyone else an exaggerated stereotype.
I'd rather play in Japanese with subs.
I hope there's the option.

I don't expect a PC port to ever show up on GOG—but I will say that Secret of Mana was the only SNES game I enjoyed more than The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.
