Saints Row IV Patch for restoring community settings

I know that the "My Steelport" server was shut down, but the Steam version of the game still have the community settings in it, that allowed a mod to restore the "My Steelport" feature as an offline version, it's still possible to use this feature in the GOG version of Saints Row: The Third by re-enabling it, but in Saints Row IV it was completely removed, then I really want a patch that restores the internal system of "My Steelport" even if the server is not working anymore, this will allow modders do something more in contribution for this game.
