locasta Outer Wilds originally released on EGS on 28 May 2019. Then came to Steam on 18 June 2020. I've seen other games developers do this (Supergiant for example) and the publisher is OK with GOG (Annapurna Interactive). So Following this pattern, if it was going to be released on GOG I would expect it this month, or next.
Especially since Mobius have announced the XBox Game Pass (Jan '21) and the Switch version (Summer '21)
I'm quietly hopeful for a GOG release :)
