I got it working on windows 10, barely!!! I got very lucky. Alt-tab doesnt work.
I used dgVoodoo2.73 with the following settings:
Main tab: Full Screen option
Glide tab: Voodoo Rush, onboard ram 2mb, memory size 2048 kb, resolution 1920x1080, number of tmus 1, filtering force bilinear, antialiasing off, disable mipmapping, enable glide gamma ramp, 3dfx watermark, 16bit depth buffer
DirectX Tab: dgVoodoo Virtual 3D Accelerated Card, Vram 256MB, Texturing filtering app driven, Resolution unforced, Behavior Application controlled disable alt enter, Antialiasing App Driven, Under miscellaneous nothing except dgVoodoo watermark.

It may crash a few times but it seems to mostly play. Dont forget to change the helicopter controls b/c they are initially set for a numpad, which many laptops dont have.

I absolutely concur! Work your magic, GOG, and bring the Strike series to pc. I still have Soviet and Nuclear Strike for PS1. However, I would most gladly purchase any, or all of them, for pc, especially from GOG. "Hack" would be pleased.
