Ah Motocross Madness, or as me and my brother used to call it, The "Drive to the edge of the map" game.
Midtown madness, monster truck madness and this one were my target back then. Never able to get one copy

The most funny motocross game i ever play:) On the childtime me and my brother was spend a houres to watching how far our bike driver can fly when we reached a end of map (that was "BANG" and suddenly - you are 200 meters above earth) - That was AWESOME! (Im sorry for my poor english :P )
