I don't think Metal Gear Soldi 3 ever released on PC tho. So it won't be possible to bring it to GOG.

GOG you are breathtaking for making MGS1 & 2 back to PC officially. Please ask Konami to make MGS3 (Subsistence) also available in your store. MGS3 is the best part for me. MGS4 is impossible to port, but at lesat MGS3 would be great! No needs for patches from Konami or other activities, just playable port of MGS3 and that's all. Community will do the rest for this game: patches, fixes etc., like it was with V's fix for MGS2 and Integral patch from oxide-NL for MGS1. I really dont want to replay MGS3 on PCSX2 and really want to pay Konami and you real moneys for fantastic game. I know you can do it, all fans of MGS here believe in you!
