as far as i know the source code got released a few years back. there are a few torrents to get the games, but some of them seem to have viruses. it would be realy cool to have them on GOG running on todays OSs.

guys there is already a wish for the Mech Warrior and Mech Commander series. Go to Most voted ever and boost that.

They were incredible games.
If GOG tweaked it up and got it to run on other platforms and support LAN again I'd love to pay for it, even if it currently can be downloaded for free.

The Mechcommander series have a long history and are free actually Mechcommander Gold is a free download , Mechcommander2 has been released as a shared release files not the complied game ( as far as i know )..

Further there are mods for both games but there also is a standalone project called omnitech wich is based on the shared release of MC2 ...

But if wut still want to see these two( three) games on GOG..

The most underrated strategy game... and one of the most thought provoking. Yes, I would like to see Mechcommander on Gog.com.
