The game is actually published under Creative Commons, so GOG can release it if they follow the license requirements (proper attribution, not commercial release and no derivative works). So it's the question of whether GOG are interested really.

Yes, it's a good small game, and cross platform with that. It would be great to feature it on GOG.

Maldita Castilla is a free Game, made and published by independent genious LocoMalito. I don't know if he would be interested in publishing this, Hyborah or any other of his (excellent) games in GOG.
Anyway, it would be worth trying to contact him. There is nothing in the whole GOG catalog like Maldita Castilla, an old fashioned 2d sidescroller, and a masterpiece if you ask me. It has been featured in GAMES TM and other big magazines and retro websites, so it should be known to you folks. If not, just go here:
