The Mafia Trilogy games have a disclaimer stating:

"The DRM-Free version of Mafia Trilogy does not support signing up for a 2K account, therefore 2K account bonus content and bonus content acquired for owning other Mafia titles on GOG are not available."

Please bring this content to GOG. Make it a paid if that's what it takes, but please bring it one way or another.

Regarding the reward for owning all three games, GOG itself can take care of such checks, similar to how it handles "The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV" bonus content for owners of "The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III".
