Hakuso3 It still amazes me that this never came to PC, they've released some wonky games that I just can't see ever making it, but one of the best and most replayable games they ever made is still conspicuously absent.
ssokolow @Valendale: It's not that SquareEnix are horrible people, it's that they're Japanese. In Japan, PC gaming is more or less dead outside of porn games and their culture functions sort of like the great firewall of China to keep them willfully ignorant of the rest of the world. Licdom I WANT FOR PC !! COMMON!! I want to give you my money for this even though I have it for PSP and original for playstation.
Valendale Sure it's out of GoG's hands and Square-Enix will never ever port this to PC because they're horrible people and also they hate money, so right now the only way for PC gamers to play this is to buy some Sony device or use an emulator, but I sure do want to give Square-Enix my money for this. Oh well, since they hate money I'll just keep it.
superclove @Teknoir: All functioning PS1 emulators violate Sony's copyrights, so GOG would need to get Sony's approval to emulate their hardware before they could legally release this.

GOG is already selling old games that run on integrated emulators (like DOSBOX).
There are very good PS1 emulators on the PC.
If GOG can sign a deal with Squareenix, then we could play it on the PC legally.
Which is a Good Thing (TM).
Also, FFT is (arguably :) )the best game in the FF series.

Ababeb Square-Enix loves re-releases, so a PC port wouldn't be impossible, but I have to admit that it's still very unlikely.

Dreadjaws Why is that so many people don't understand what these services are about? This is for games that have already been/are going to be released on the PC. You can't just wish for a game to be ported, that depends on the developer/publisher, not GOG.
