It seems to me that almost every released game receives patches with significant delay compared to other platforms (delays rangle from days, weeks to months even). I don't know if it is GOGs fault or developers, but for me it currently does not make sense to purchase newly released games here. Please address that so GOG is comparable competitor to Steam...

GOG will never be a competitor for Steam and thinking so imo is naive - but that should not be any reson to get updates here so delayed, especially when we are not talking about days but rather weeks or months. There's absolutely no reason why we should accept this and GOG should do MUCH more to assure non delayed updates.
