Well, it looks like it'll never appear on GOG now. They've recently announced that there'll be no offline game for it. A shame really, because they could have sold that part of the game here and it would've done wonders in promoting the online game, but they've killed that dead. Backers are rightly pissed-off about there being no offline game.

:? This request doesn't make any sense. Just purchase it and download it from the main Frontier Developments site like everyone else when it is released. Why should they even bother with GOG?
