Drowned God: Conspiracy of the Ages
@Meridian.751 Where can I find this website, also what do you mean you have been working on it for 8 months are you a developer? Does anyone even have the info on who owns this IP now?
Yep totally real, I have been working on it the last 8 months! Website should launch this week......
@Meridian.751 Is that real? I can't find any news on that.
Games wad taken down by original IP owners. Game will be rereleased in May this year with a bunch of 'extras' such as the original pitch document, art book making of video etc
This game was recently listed on steam and suddenly got delisted for some reason. And I was a fool for not grabbing it when I had the chance.
I played this when it came out. I always jumped when surprised by the alien in the trailer! (you know the scene) Can't wait to play it again!
bumperino
one of the best games ever
Wallet ready...
*In my best Bernie Sanders voice*: I am no longer asking.
I am bumping again
Bump
Would love to see this game added as I can't find it anywhere that's not shady or complicated.
Would totally grab a GOG release of this game in a heartbeat.
Just love the music and the sinister feeling of the game.
Also interested in Drowned God, me and my wallet are ready!
came here from nexpos video too. I got the game but the resolution makes it so its tiny on my screen, and it seems that making it bigger is really hard. Its a batch file. Hoping to find somewhere to get this game
gamefabrique.com/games/drowned-god/
abandonware site with an install that works on win64 for those interested >.>
i really hope they do add drowned god on gog cause after watching nexpo's video on the game and the horrible thiing that happened to horse (the creator of the game) i've been really really interested in this game i was able to find a CD copy on amazon but i wouldn't be surprised if it didn't work if someone does get that CD copy let me know if it works
Also bumping. I can only find one disc copy and I can't afford it; hope I don't miss it.
Bumpin
Wondering if GoG would say if its in the works or not?
Hoping GOG can figure it out
Anyone get a working version of this? I use a VMplayer win95 to get this to work
Reminding the world
absolutely invested in getting this.
with the "popularity" of certain games, i would assume GOG would at least give "Drowned God" a shot. it was a favorite of mine when it came out. the 3 endings were truly weird.
Please!!! I am down on my knees begging (okay, not literally.) I loved this game but was never able to finish it because mine was bugged. I really need to finish it, it's been bothering me ever since. I'm sure there are a lot of people out there who would love to buy it who haven't thought about adding a vote.
Bumping this ! Drowned God is a must have !
Any progress on this game in terms of GOG availability? I just want to know if it is being pursued or not.
I want this....you hear me GOG? I want. it.
Any progress on GOG.....?
Any progress getting on fog. I made a virtual machine and installed Windows 95 on it. I was able to get this game to run that way but it is a real hassle.
the game is 32 bit, but the installer was 16 bit
Please please work this game out. I have the old CDs for this game and it is impossible for me to intall. because the installer wont work on my current system. its 16 bit. I tried to find a way to convert a 32bit installer program and change its "script" I guess you would call it, but I couldn't figure it out.
Also one of my favorite games from the era. Came out at the height of X-files popularity and showed that conspiracy theories have been with us a long time. Unique and bizarre.
I absolutely loved this game! But mine was glitched and I could never get past a certain part, even though I solved the puzzle (apparently I wasn't the only one.) By the time I found a patch, I didn't have a computer it would run on.
One of the most bizarre games I've ever played. The best review of it I've found is at www.mysterymanor.net/reviewdrownedgod.htm
One of my all time favorites to this day! The game was mysterious and as said before the conspiracy theory theme was awesome. This is one under the radar gem that never got its day. This is a game that everyone should try. Its gameplay might be a little outdated but still quality enough to pull me in every time i dust this off and play.
This game is a wild stew of ideas and images. Really shouldn't be missed. One of my favorite surreal adventures. Some wicked puzzles in this one too.
This game was cool in with just the cinematics and the puzzles! This game screamed 'conspiracy theory' and the fact that they touched on many of the major conspiracies at the time was just spectacular!
