Cavalary Talking specifically about this version, with the somewhat improved original plus expansion. Can find it for some $15 here in retail now and the developer also released a patch to remove DRM, so why not have the electronic DRM-free version out of the, er, download on GOG.com? Would only make sense too, since you also have the first two games (though even the developer seems to want to forget about Beyond Divinity, since they named this Divinity II).
