I hope they add the standalone version here as well since they're updating RE Classic games (1,2,3).

it got removed from steam , so sad gog doesn't have it cause the pc version of 3 is superior to hd version which has input lag

It can, indeed, be found on Steam, and IIRC there was a time when a bundle of DMC3SE+DMC4 cost less than DMC3SE only.
I have it on Steam but if GOG were to throw in OST as bonus content... well, let's just say I'd DEFINITELY consider buying it again. :-)

This game is actually on Steam, you know. It's probably best that you get it on a sale though, because the port, though functional, has more than a few issues on its own. Hopefully, a release here will lead to a few fixes.
