ThierrH Only if cutting out a portion out of Cyberpunk 2077's open world is even (technically) possible of course. I think it would be the perfect opportunity to raise more awareness for GOG.com as a viable distribution platform and in the process win over more people for DRM-Free gaming in general. Not to forget the (underrated) promotional side effect of a good old-fashioned demo, especially if said demo would be for Cyberpunk 2077 and would be made available on GOG.com exclusively.
If communicated properly - like on the product page for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - a short but prominently placed ad alongside or even within the demo would also increase the likelihood of more people purchasing the release version of Cyberpunk 2077 on GOG.com.
"GOG.com is part of the CD PROJEKT family, so buying here also gives you the chance to support us directly!" or something along those lines.

Cryozyme I would love to have a demo. I might not even buy it if I don't get to try it first because I'm pretty sure I will either love it or hate it. Even if it's only ten minutes or one level so the consumer can see what the controls are like.
ljehwog The demo-approach seems to work out just fine for other titles prominently featuring the number 7 (or VII in that case), so there's that. Making it exclusive to GOG would definitely help to get more people on board too.

dixxn I'm just thinking about this lately, and planning to make a wishlist for it, but for a different reason. As a person who's uncomfortable playing FPP, I think that a demo is necessary for me to find out whether I'll be able to play this game or not. I know I can just torrent the game to test it before I make my decision. But this is a much better solution. Hopefully they'll listen

fridgeband I will say it again, Yes please! but no timers! Let us play the area in the demo as long as we want so we don't go insane waiting for the game to come out! Please! Timers ruin every single game I have ever played, and demos especially.

fridgeband I hope this is okay to post here but I wanted to increase the visibility of a wish I created where others could express their feedback and hopes for Cyberpunk2077 since the game is still in development.
