Biing was an erotic hospital-manager game.
A really great game full of pretty women and idiotic doctors.
I loved it.

After Biing there was Biing 2. In the second part you doesn't manage a hospital, you try your luck with an holiday complex.

I would be happy, if both games (i prefer Biing 2) were downloadable at GOG, in german, too, of course.
