ObiKKa Adventure Gamers in a review gave this 3.5 out of 5 stars, and a couple other websites, as seen in the chart at the mobygames link above, gave it at least 80% rating in their reviews. These are fantastic ratings.
Although, it is abandonware for now, it would be a fantastic way to highlight this game on a storefront so that it's easily collectible and seen by more people in modern times.

zombieslayer012 This is a great scary game. I Actually found an old copy at my house from when i was a kid. It was all scratched up and didn't work until I had it cleaned. It's a surprise it works now considering the condition but still not able to play the full game. Only copies I've found cost a ton and there are only a few I've seen. It is a must for all those who are fans of the series and want to feel like they are actually in an episode of the show. Come on GOG bring back our childhoods!!!

saxamattone This game is actually surprisingly quite scary. If you think its just some kiddy thriller game, then think again. I'm gonna need a stuffed animal to hold onto if I ever get to play this game again. I have seen other places that offer the DOS box download so that you can re-install this game now, but I can't imagine there still being a playable disc out there. GOG we NEED YOU!!!!!! Bring back the TALE OF ORPHEO'S CURSE.... I'll get everyone I know to buy it.
hazardousnorth This is a very underrated and fun game, with great storytelling, great music, awesome sound effects, and acting. As with all good, old games, the graphics are dated, but we love that about these classic games! Please GOG, bring this game into your fold.
