TLDR: currently, even classic downloads of games with galaxy features include galaxy libraries. Which could be fine if not fact that it connect to gog servers from time to time (gog swear that its for achievements sake).
Dear GoG team. I clearly understand, that inclusion of this library in all downloads is something, that may be done to remove requirment to maintain 2 versions of game's executables from developers. But, please - make it store all settings locally (locally=offline. On users machine. Without connection to any servers). Like really - if somebody downloaded classic installer, they clearly said that they DONT WANT all deez "optional features", including tracking. Its really painfull to setup a firewall rules for each new game. Even steam is less invasive, at this point. Thanks.

ScorBiot Wow. I didn't know GoG were such cunts. They should remove any mandatory online activity from offline installers (it shouldn't be a thing in the first place, but alas) or, at the very least, inform people that these offline installers, aren't.

imranf1 Agreed. We pick the classic installers for several reasons, a big one being to avoid all this online telemetry crap. I'm spending money here because I believe GoG isn't doing that shit on bad faith, but never break that trust.
