In the "get backup & extras" add a check to see if what I'm trying to download already exists in the download location. Don't download everything and overwrite the files if they are the same. This will save time and bandwidth for us that have a limited amount to spare each month.

its also easier for us to just click everything and let Galaxy download whats been updated instead of playing guess and check by hand.
