Looks like Proxifier works with GOG, only excepting some integrations.

Added a proxy-based connection to the system, and adjusted the global proxy settings, and GOG just can't connect at all, and can't download or patch anything in the library, or make purchases. This should be added as a matter of competition with Steam; the Steam client does obey global proxy settings. Usually. I bet GOG could do better with its own proxy configs...

I would really love to see this done, I've tried sockscap64 on the client with no luck (Steam works with it on the other hand).
